Such actions may be pursued through ICANN-accredited dispute resolution providers, the National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI), or courts of competent jurisdiction in India, the United States, or other relevant jurisdictions. Remedies may include cancellation or transfer of infringing domain names, as well as monetary damages where available.

8. Prohibited Activities
